This app allows users to listen to guided mindfulness meditations with the aim of enriching their meditative practices.
The app offers four basic recordings and silence, which are available offline in standard quality. To listen to other recordings other than streaming, users will first have to download them to their device by pressing the small button to the right of the name of the recording. If users want to erase the recording after listening to free up space, they can press the button again.
